Yes, I restore photographs. I have over 12 years experience.
I charge $35 for the first hour then $15 per hour after that. When I am finished, I email you a proof for your approval. Once it is approved I put your image on a CD or email it to you. Then you can print it on your own printer or send it off for prints like you would any other photograph.
To get a price you may email me a jpeg file of a scan at 150 resolution, measuring 6 inches on the longest side. Some of the images shown on this page show the time involved.
Once we agree on price, you must email or mail a cd with an image scanned at 300 resolution, up to 8x10 inches and saved as a jpeg.
All work is prepaid by check, money order or cashier check.
